Dr. Thomas K. Dahlberg

Dr. Dahlberg is a native of Rockford and a graduate of Guilford High School. He has been involved in multiple community organizations over the years. Dr. Dahlberg returned to Rockford after completing his medical training and has worked here as an Anesthesiologist/Pain Medicine Physician for the last sixteen years. He feels a special bond with the citizens of the Rockford area and strives to treat each person as he would a member of his own family.

Kimberly has had 25 years of practice as a registered nurse in multiple areas including intensive care, obstetrics, urology, kidney transplants, and pain management. Kim is a nurse practitioner in both Internal Medicine and Pain Medicine.
